We offer advanced lameness diagnosis and treatments:
Our lameness exam include:
- Complete history, visual and physical exam
- Palpation for heat, swelling, joint effusion and sensitivity
- An evaluation of your horse’s gait in motion, both in hand and undersaddle if necessary.
- Hoof test response
- Flexion Tests
In order to accurately diagnose the lameness, we may perform additional diagnostic tests:
- Diagnostic nerve blocks
- Digital Radiographs
- Digital Ultrasound
